We are a strategic holding company which defines and facilitates industrial strategies for promising engineering companies. Our majority shareholder has an extensive track record of developing such companies over a period of more than 20 years. During this time, we developed projects in the automotive, IT services, software and high-tech engineering sectors. Typically, we are involved with companies for a period of more than 10 years. Our focus is not on any particular financial KPIs but on delivering industrial results which make a real difference for anyone involved.
We believe there is no progress for mankind without Engineering. Engineers are professionals who invent, design, analyse, build and test machines, systems, structures and materials to fulfil objectives and requirements while considering the limitations imposed by practicality, regulation, safety and cost. While some fly to Mars, we believe that there are enough problems to solve on Earth. Nevertheless, we also understand that to progress we have to challenge the conventional and embrace new ideas using all skills Engineers have at hand.
