Josef is the majority owner and CEO of Qino PIPE One Ltd., which owns a 20% stake in Pankl SHW Industries AG and a 7.2% stake in Unternehmens Invest AG, which in turn owns majority stakes in All For One Steeb AG and Kautex Holding GmbH.

Josef has been involved with the KTM Group since 2005 in various board functions. He became Chairman of the Board of KTM Industries AG in 2015. He has been involved with Beko Holding AG since 2004 and became Chairman of the Board in 2009. He has been involved with Pankl Racing Systems AG since its stock exchange flotation in 1998 and became a Board Member in 2005. He became a Board Member of WP AG in 2008 and Chairman in 2017. He has been involved with All For One Steeb AG since 2009 and became Chairman of the Board in 2015.
